My name is Jan Whitaker and I live in an outer suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. I am a writer, educator, and sometime technology systems advisor. In my writing, I love to create the big form: novels. I’ve completed three, two polished and ready for the market, and the third, which was the first, now in rewrites.
Besides writing, I am on the board of the Australian Privacy Foundation and often serve on consultation panels for government and corporate systems that have implications for personal privacy.
I spent the first half of my life as a proud American and am spending the second half as a proud Australian.
